Pit Description

• Each team will be allotted a minimum of a 9 ft x 9 ft pit located in the same building as the field. Pits will be equipped with a single 110v outlet. Cordless hand tools are recommended as the total current available to each pit will be limited.

Machine Shop

• A machine shop will not be available; however a courtesy pit with a drill press and band saw will be available onsite. Please make arrangements and plan on not having other tools available.

Loading and Unloading

• The facility will be available for pit set up from 2:00-5:30 pm on Friday, October 23rd.
• Please note that dollies, forklift, or raised dock will NOT be available. Please make appropriate arrangements to bring on the necessary items.
• Please note that while a facilities staff will be present when the gym is open, Lee’s Summit High School does not hold any liability for items left in a team’s pit overnight.
